Thoughts and a Keyboard

Words, words, mere words, no matter from the heart.

capreoluscapreolus asked: I sure think you can understand in a way, I always thought, how can anyone harm his or her own body? The only body they got? And indeed then I started to harm myself and as bad as it sounds cutting can help you out in a bad situation. It only helps for a short period of time, but sometimes this can be enough. Your post did not at all sound offensive, much more totally sensitive and caring. And I guess you can deal with cutting better than others, as you talk and think about it. Most people just look at you and at your scars for they are much too shy to confront you with that. Or others simply ask you like the most insensitive people on earth: "Haha, what did ya do? Are you cutting like those emo-kiddos?" Those are the worst ones. Of course those emos were harming themselves as well, but it was just for the trend, not for any pain or grief they needed to express in the most horrible way.
All I try to tell you is: It's not your fault that anyone cuts and it's not because of you. It's never your mistake. If I ever harmed myself because of others, it was not they did something wrong. I could not deal with the situation. But I used to go to a therapy and learned to appreciate the value of my body, of life, my family and friends. Anyone can get help, if you really want to get out there, there is always a option.
So, blahblah...^^..quite a long text for a short message. The sweetest greets.

Quite a long text, but full of substance. I do agree with all you’ve said, or at least try to understand. Thank you for this. :)
